About Me

I got a slightly late start in graphic design after first earning a BA in Psychology from Colorado College and spending seven summers working as a whitewater raft guide in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Oregon. But after years creating personal art projects I decided to dedicate myself to a creative career and I went back to school to earn first an Associate's Degree, then a Bachelor's Degree, in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Portland in Portland, OR.

I have since worked in package design, exhibit design, fabrication, print design, digital asset design, and social media management. I have art directed photo shoots and illustrations, created company identities and style guides, and spent hours on the rote production work of applying a new identity to thousands of packages. I appreciate the variety of work graphic design affords me, and I love that every day is something new.

Now located back in my home state of Massachusetts, in my free time I love to be active- playing ice hockey, coaching women's lacrosse, mountain biking, and exploring new places with the best four-legged hiking partner I could ever ask for. And eating cupcakes- I'm a pretty big fan of that.
